Best regards, i can say that it really problem, that problem with 64 bit, driver problems will be all time with printers, scaners, webcams, and other. I think will be better, if you reinstall windows 7 32 bit, for work without probles.

Num lock

If you use the number pad frequently during your daily computer usage, you may want to have the "Num Lock" key enabled when the computer starts up.
You can enable Num Lock automatically in two different ways: one involves modifying a value in the registry and the other requires you to create a small script in Notepad.
Activate Num Lock Through the Registry
Enter the registry and navigate to "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Keyboard\." Double-click on the value labeled "IntitialKeyboardIndicators," which has a value of 0,1 or 2.
Change the value to "2" to turn Num Lock on after logon, "0" to turn Num Lock off after logon and "1" to disable Num Lock.
Create a Num Lock Script
Configure a script that runs to automatically change the Num Lock state.
Depending on where you place the script, you can activate the script for a single user or all users on the computer. Open Notepad and paste the following code
"set WshShell = CreateObject("WScript.Shell")
WshShell.SendKeys "{NUMLOCK}"
Save the file as "numlock.vbs," including the quotes to change the notepad file to a script.
Paste the file in the directory "Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup" to enable Num Lock for all users by default.
For a single user, copy it to their startup folder instead of All Users.
Enter the BIOS
Enter your computer's BIOS before Windows boots up to change the integrated Num Lock settings.
Depending on your motherboard manufacturer, different key combinations allow you to access the BIOS.
Common keys include "F1," "F2," "Del," "ESC" or "F10."
Consult your computer's documentation for specifics.
Navigate through the basic or advanced options until you find a section dedicated to enable or disable Num Lock on boot.
Enable in Linux
Linux is an alternate operating system.
While the BIOS method may work for Linux, you can also change the process through the options if using KDE Linux.
Navigate to "Control Panel" and click "Peripherals." Select "Keyboard" and select the option "Turn on" under the heading labeled "NumLock on KDE Startup."

Unlock number lock

On a laptop, the "Num Lock" key has a function slightly different than the one it performs on full-d desktop keyboards. Activating "Num Lock" on a laptop usually transforms a set of central keys, including many letters, into number keys, allowing typists used to entering numbers on a keypad to type efficiently. While on desktop keyboards "Num Lock" usually has a dedicated key, on laptops it often shares a key with another function on MacBooks, for example, it shares the "F6" key and you must hold down the "Shift" or "Fn" key to activate it.

Look for the "Num Lock" key on your laptop's keyboard. This is usually near the top of the keyboard. If the key says nothing on it except "Num Lock" if that's the only function the key performs you can just press it to activate the lock; a light will probably go on somewhere to indicate that "Num Lock" is on. If the key has multiple functions, you'll have to hold down a different key while pressing it. Hold down "Shift" and press "Num Lock" if the writing saying "Num Lock" appears above some other writing on the key, the way various symbols appear above the numbers on the keyboard's number row. Hold down "Fn" and press "Num Lock" if the writing saying "Num Lock" appears in a different color often light blue that's shared by the "Fn" key.

My numeral key are not working[123456789 right side of key bord]

Step 1:
On some laptops it may be difficult to locate and activate the "Num Lock" key. Depending on the laptop, it may be hidden as a function where you have to press two keys. Most of the time, a laptop keyboard is just like a full desktop computer keyboard and it has a "Num Lock" key on it. Most people do not realize the "Num Lock" key is on their laptop keyboard because it barely serves a purpose without a full numeric keypad.

Press the "Num Lock" key on the laptop at the top, right of the keyboard. Press the "Num Lock" key and the "Fn" key simultaneously if the above does not work. Press "Fn" and "F11" simultaneously on the keyboard to activate the "Num Lock" function. Some laptops, like Toshiba, do have a "Num Lock" key. The shortcut for G3 Mac laptops it is "F5," and on G4 Mac laptops it is "F6."

I cleaned my keyboard while turned on and now I cannot get my number pad to work, which buttons did I accidentally push to get to turn off and how can I get them back on.

Based on your description of the problem you're experiencing, it sounds like you most likely pressed the "NUM LOCK" key. If NUM LOCK was activated before you cleaned the keyboard and was accidentally pressed during cleaning, this key press would deactivate NUM LOCK, causing the number pad to stop responding. To reverse this, simply press NUM LOCK again. The NUM LOCK button is located right above the "7" key on the number pad (see picture below).

Alternatively, since the setting determining whether NUM LOCK is activated when your computer is started is stored on your hard drive, you can try restarting the computer to revert back to an active NUM LOCK. Be sure to try this in case the first solution above does not work.

Have a new wireless HP keyboard for all in one omni 100, keys do not correspond on screen with keyboard, have tried adding different language keyboards in regions to no avail, what am I doing wrong_+(* ...

It's possible that you have hit the Num Lock key while you had another key pressed. Try the following combinations, one at a time, to see if any of them work. Be sure to test each one before moving on to the next one.

CTRL and NUM LK
Shift and NUM LK
ALT and NUM LK

A lot of times characters will swap places if one of these combinations has been pressed, and pressing the combination again should switch it back. Let me know how it goes! If this doesn't work, we'll try something else.
