Question about Canon MultiPASS MP390 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I bought this printer about two years ago and I have installed it on one of my computers. Last few months I am having a problem with printing. Anytime, I print a paper, all it does is in red color. I have replaced both cartidges and still have the same issue. Also I have lost the installation software and I need to instal it on my other computer. How do I get the problem fixed and how do i get a repacement software cd. Please help me
So simple go to http://www.canon.com/ please click the support button on the leftend side and choose the region were you are in and click the country you are from and it will takes you to the support and download and select your product, series, model and documents type and the it takes you to the page were you can download the software for your printer and save it to your desktop and run it thats it good luck
