Every time I try to get into Mobile AIM a white screen comes up that says "System files full. Please delete unused files and try again". I have never had anything like this happen before. I have tried resetting the phone settings, turning the phone on and off and taking the battery out. What can I do?

Ok try this choose unwanted or unused files in your phone that should be deleted either in your memory card or specially in your phone memory over populated memory often affects the speed of a device...After deleting those unwanted and unuseful files you will see the big difference in the speed of your phone before and after the deletion..Hope it will help you.
My recommendation is to call Verizon Wireless and have them troubleshoot. I am having the same problem, and when I called last night to see if I could get it fixed, they tried several things -- no success. However, they told me nobody else was reporting this issue!
So... REPORT IT TO VERIZON! Maybe they will investigate into it further and fix whatever the issue might be.
Backup contacts or any pertinent information using desktop manager. Then go to options, security, General Settings. Click on option key (Bberry Key). Wipe Blackberry, type blackberry in the screen. Warning this will erase everything off your blackberry but since you have backed it up first you can restore your contacts or pertinent files. When you run through the wipe process you do not have to delete all 3rd party applications but I have found if you are having a memmory problem that can cause this fault you may need to install a memory card of at least 2gb or more then go to options media card and change the prompt to yes so that it will use the card instead of storning on the device. The pearl is notorius for memory issues without using storage card/media card or saving to device instead of card. Check with blackberry.com web for various memory hole issues and suggested fixes.
sign on to your aim from your home computer and reply with the number "1" to the system message that will appear telling you you are signed on from 2 locations...this should sign you off from your phone
same problem occurred on mine for the first time tonight and this worked for me
If the Mobile IM is your culprit ... Unfortunately there's no real way to fix that at this time. Yahoo and AIM and MSN just need to come up with better Mobile applications (i've noticed it happens ALOT more with the yahoo mobile messenger)
If Mobile Email is your culprit: Just delete the application then redownload it .. Should fix the glitch.
