Question about Canon imageRUNNER 7200 Copier
When I send a multipage doublesided print job to the Imagerunner 7200, it consistently prints only the first page, rather than all the pages. The file is 40 meg and 360 pages, and is being sent to my mailbox on the copier over a network connection.
In acrobat go file, print and press advanced. Check print as image. Print the job again and see if you get different results. This does the image processing on the PC. Your document may have a postscript error in it and your device may be set not to print PS errors.
What driver language and version are you using?
Try updating your driver to the newest version, get device status.
You may also wish to try PCL printing for that file. (as a workaround)
Do other files have the same problem? What about when sent to another printer entirely?

A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: Canon imageRunner set up e-mail
This will be possible if there's a Send button ont he top line of the screen.
You should set up an email account on your emailserver. On the copier, as well as the Ipaddress, subnet and gateway addresses, set up the DNS server adress. Also in the network section on page 3/3 enter the email smtp server details.
This should now work after a reboot.
Please note I have found that within schools security can be tight so the system may be set to only send email from a computer. First port of call is the it dept.

you have to remove the back of the copier and you will see a large metal box with a few screws in it. might even have a clamping device to hold the cover closed it should be in there. if it is not in there then it is on the back side of that metal box.. just be carefull if you have to remove it.

The problem is with toner section. The copier cant get toner to toner unit or the toner motor is faulty.
In one case eaven the main pcb caused the problem.
I would try to replace toner hopper assy.

Assuming you have a saddle finisher?
Ensure the originals are programmed in correctly.
Highlight booklet on display. Select original size.
Orientation of paper in cassette needs to be A4R.
Program asks if you want stapling.
If no saddle finisher then ensure paper cassettte is A4R.
2 sided, reduce to 2 copies per page,
