Aspire 3100 doesn't recognize neither internal or external keyboa

this acer Aspire 3100 does not recognize ther internal or external keyboard and mouse

each time that turns on go directly to start windows and i can not do nothing. I already try several external usb mouse and keyboard and nothing happend

what could be the problem ?
