We have a CGN300TQ heater. We took it apart, cleaned it, and had the outer shell powder coated. We put it back together, but now, we have to light the pilot light and the gas burner will not catch.

you might need to adjust the air on the pilot assembly,WARNING!!!,IF THE AIR IS NOT PROPERLY ADJUSTED AND YOU HAVE IT LIT,YOU CAN DIE FROM CARBON MONOXIDE POISONING!!!!!
call someone to adjust it,you may also need this part,

My toyo laser55 will not reignite after power outage. Possible problems or solutions?

Are you getting an error message?
There are only a few things that could be wrong. More than likely, fuel is not getting to the burn pot because the pump has air in it. Is it making a chugging noise? If so, that is the pump trying to move fuel from the sump.
I have had to, on a different toyo model, take the pump out of the sump, take the plastic nozzle off of the pump, and manually free up the pump by shoving a pipe cleaner down the intake hole. Put it back together, hit the red reset button, and start it up. The chugging should go away after a few seconds. It might take a couple of ignition cycles to start again.

Where are the filters on a Handy master forced air heater- our smells very bad

Pretty much every kerosene heater I've seen has the filters in the same place. You have to take the cover off, then locate the pump at the back of the motor. Take 2 or 4 screws out of the pump to remove the pump cover, and you'll see the filters in there.

There are some kind of generic directions here: http://www.desatech.com/techDocs/Kerosene%20Heater%20Filter%20Replacement.pdf

I'm sure they apply to your heater too.

Be careful putting it back together, it's reeeeally easy to crack the plastic pump by overtightening the screws, and it will never work right again if you do.

This heater will run for about 5 minutes or so and then the fan stops.if you use a screw driver and turn the fan really quick it will start working again.

Unfortunately it sounds as if you are loosing the fan motor, or it could possibly be in the fuel pump as it is run from the same motor. You could try cleaning out the fuel pump by taking it apart and cleaning it then make sure you pay attention to detail putting it together. It could be dirt in the pump but I lean more towards fan motor.

I NEED A WIRING DIAGRAM FOR A 120/240/24V ACME CONTROL TRANSFORMER.IT HAS H1,H3,H2 AND H4 ON ONE SIDE(PRIMARY). SIDE 2 HAS X2,F1,F2 AND X2 (SECONDARY). IT CAME WITH NO INSTRUCTIONS AND I NEED TO HOOK IT UP...

If you're wiring up 120 volts to the primary then you need to connect H1 and H3 together, then connect H2 and H4 together. Then connect one side of line (120 volts) to H1 and H3 and connect the other side of line (120 volts) to H2 and H4. Then for the 24 volts secondary X1 is one side of your 24 volts and X2 is the other side of your 24 volts.
For 240 volt primary connect H2 and H3 together, Then connect one side of your Primary (240 volts) to H1 and connect the other side of your primary (240 volts to H4. Then your Secondary 24 volts is still X1 and X2.

Master Reddy 30,000 btu heater put out nasty fumes.

Sounds like it's not getting enough air to fuel mix, check your air inlet line for breaks or just put a new one on for a couple bucks. any fuel line thats the right diameter will work, got mine from auto zone.
