If the sat feed is on channel 3, and the TV is tuned in and still does not get the feed, check the feed wire to be okay. If all is okay, there is a possiblity that the tuner module in the set has failed.

You can use the menu button on the front to autoprogram the unit. Make sure the direct tv is on so the tuner will pick it up. After that, you can program the direct tv remote to operate the tv. The reason the channels won't change is there are none in the memory

We would be happy to help with that. Some TV's do not havethe ability to go as high as channel 73; this may be the case for your (enterbrand here). We would recommend changing the channel that your DISH Networkreceiver outputs the picture for your TV2. Start by pressing the"Menu" button, from the main menu press 6 for "SystemSetup", then 1 for "Installation", and then 5 for"Modulator Setup". Under TV2 we are going to change the mode to"Air", the channel displayed beside it should change to 60, selectdone on the right side of the screen to save the changes. Now change thechannel of your TV2 to 60 and you should get the DISH Network programming. Wehope this helps. Thanks so much for being a valued DISH Network customer! Tips for a great answer:
Feb 01, 2011 | RCA F25422 25" TV
Jan 02, 2011 | Toshiba 32A33 32" TV

We would be happy to help get that fixed right away. The first thing we want to ensure is that all connected equipment is on. We want to then check what type of cable was used to connect the TV to the receiver. If you are using a Coax Cable to connect the receiver to TV1, check the receiver's back panel for the output name. If your receiver has a "TV CH 3/4 out": Tune TV to channel 3 or channel 4, back if it is labeled "Home Distribution": Tune TV to channel 62 or 75. If using non-Coax (RCA, Component, or HDMI) to connect receiver to TV1, cycle through the inputs until picture appears; Most TVs have a "TV/Video", "Input", or "Source" button. If we are still not getting a picture then unplug receiver for 10 seconds then plug it back in, this will reset the receiver, then try cycling the inputs again.
We hope these steps resolve the issue. We want to thank you for being a valued DISH Network customer!
