Ensure the drivers for your keyboard and mouse have been installed. If you installed them, then restart your computer and see if they start to work. If you have not installed the driver, and a CD came with them, then place the CD in the drive and run the setup program to install them. If it did not come with a CD, then Windows might not have found working drivers, or failed to install them. In this case, you need to go to Logitech's support site to find the software for your keyboard and mouse. You can reach the website at the following address. Good luck!
For a Windows platform PC, the generic Keyboard/mouse drivers are provided by Microsoft, you don't have to remove these drivers.
If you are using the software for the Keyboard/mouse the devices, you can remove these software, and install the new software for your new Keyboard/mouse combo set.
the key board should not require a driver to work only for the options it may have like volume control or hotkeys other then that you dont need driver for the unit good luck!
try reinstalling the drivers. initially though, press the connect button on the usb dongle. then press the connect button on the mouse and then on the keyboard. if anything this should let you connect the mouse to let you install the drivers. the drivers will then automatically install.

i have logitech LX 6 cordless optical mouse... it dont work... i put in usb that connecting mouse and then turn on (mouse). The problem is that is worked maybe 2 hours ago...and now dont... can you help???
I can't find a users guide but I did find drivers based on your model number. Once the drivers are loaded it will walk you through setting up of the mouse and keyboard and have a help section. Download software and install. Pick the correct operating system. Hope this helps.
