If there is a key number (e.g., "A75" or "359") stamped on the front of the lock cylinder, call Sharp and ask for a replacement. If there's no number - or if Sharp says no key is available - call a locksmith and have the cylinder drilled out and replaced.

Casio TE4500. How do I asign a department to plu buttons?

It's been a while since I did these but you need to put zeros when the other settings are before the department setting. This will stop you setting cond/ prep etc. So it may look something like 000001 depending upon the amount of other settings before the department. Again, I'm going by memory so see if you can work out the amount of leading zeros. Hope this helps. If you still have trouble, I'll look it up.

You cannot enter amounts without a PLU or Department. The machine must be told the type of product you are selling. Also, never use a decimal point to enter prices

It sounds like a Samsung register. You are correct. It is asking for a sign on code. You need to enter your secret PIN number and the clerk button to log on. If you have lost your access codes, you can program new ones. One of the users has a site might help with manuals:

If it is locked electronically, you need to enter a secret PIN number and press the clerk button to unlock it. It can be programmed for new PIN numbers if you have lost them. If the cash drawer is locked, you can buy a key from a Sharp dealer. You can't get keys cut.

that means the server number you entered is not valid, make sure you are using correct server number, or if you are not using server numbers make sure your device is not asking for a server number before transactions can be performed.

CVV2 is short for "card verification value 2", and it's the three-digit number you find on the back of a credit or debit card near the signature area. The value is derived from the card number but doesn't appear on the face. The idea is that someone may randomly generate a credit card number, or copy the card number from a good card, but unless they have the CVV2 number the card can't be used. The error you got means the CVV2 value didn't match the expected one for the card number.

I have a register Sharp xe a41s. I am getting a "not assigned" error on the clerk code. Not sure how it lost the assigned code as we have been using the machine for 18 months. Now, I can not find...

on the xe-a213 which i have you press st 5 . clerk number (1-5) x name st and tl/ns. Prob different on yours but the thoughts there. regards

Verifone vx510 showing "no master key"

it message show in the pinpad or in the point of sale??? if it is in the pinpad you must re-enteder the master key number into a pinpad.
