Hi just read your posting.Now do you still require help?If you do then pull the middle of the agitator out and shine a torch down the center.You should see a 10 mm bolt.Grab a socket set and turn the bolt anticlockwise to remove it and then lift the agitator out.Please reply on how you got on and for more advice if needed.Looking forward to your reply.
The agitator has two parts. One is the bottom agitator and then you have the top agitator that moves the clothes around. If the top part of the agitator is not moving.
