Blurred picture during game play - Microsoft Xbox 360 Console

Does it work ok with cable or antenna hooked up to it?

Well try cleaning the game packs out with quips and rubbing alcohol then to see if it makes a difference if not then the 72 pin connecter needs to be replaced

Try resetting the entire video/audio settings to default. The blur on the picture may indicate that your motherboard is going bad. Recently there was a customer who had the same problem. It was his board. When we tried the AV cables, the blur went away. We tried different HDMI cables and the blur was still there when using HDMI output. It wasn't the TV, and it wasn't the HDMI cables. It was the board going bad.

Try accessing the recovery menu 'safe mode'.

Press and hold the power button until the systems shuts off. (wait 2 seconds)

Press and hold the power button again until you here 3 beeps. Let go.

It should ask you to connect your controller via usb and press the PS button in

the middle of your controller. There will be a menu with 6 options. Try 2-5.

You must take pictures gently. Blur picture may occur if you move during capturing a picture. Or your hand move too fast after taking a picture. Try to stay still for two or three second after push the capture button.
Blur picture when shooting outdoor can be caused by too much light. Don't forget to set your camera in outdoor or panorama mode, and turn of the flash light if you think its too bright.

Are games other than Blur working??...if yes then I think I have to go with the PS community...there must be something wrong with the game itself...check if there are some cracks on the disk cuz even a minor crack could ruin the whole thing....if no...then you have to buy a new one...thats what I think cuz its very rare...check if its working on any of your friends console just to check if its something wrong with the console itself or the game....

The red hand is warning you that the shutter speed is too slow for handholding. Your pictures are coming out blurred because the camera is moving during the relatively lengthy exposure.

Put the camera on a tripod or other stable surface, and/or use the flash.

Not sure which camera you are using, but you'll need to be shooting at 1/250 of a second or faster to freeze action like basketball

If you are not using canon lenses then the low light focusing aid will not work correctly. Go into the menu and turn of the flash infra red light
