Question about SanDisk Sansa Clip MP3 Player

1 Answer

Sansa Clip Won't come from pause.

I tried to play my Sansa Clip, but was unable to. It was on pause, but when I pressed play nothing happened. I was able to tell the play button was pressed but the song counter never began. I tried to fast forward through the song, but that automatically put it back on pause and then it began to just cycle through songs. I tried different songs, made sure the volume was up, and also made sure my headphones securely attached. When I turn it on it seems like theres a longer delay than usual. The radio feature does work however.

My sansa clip won't play the songs I loaded on!

I've had this happen a couple of times in the last 6 months. You can get it to play again by chosing the format option from the settings menu. Of course, then you've lost everything you had loaded on to it. Download your music/audio books again and they will play.

Sansa clip 2mg fm radio not putting out sound

Go into the Settings menu of the Sansa, and change the region to "World" if you live outside the US, and change to "United States" if you live inside the US. Then, go back to the Radio mode and see if there is an icon that looks like a block (technically, a "Stop" sign) - if there is, press up on the clickwheel - it will get your radio off of pause mode. You radio should now work again.

Can't change language

If you have the Sansa Clip 2GB, click the small button in the right-upper corner (with the small little house-icon above it) on the front of your sansa so you get to "Music", then press the play/pause button once to get to "Settings", use the button over(play/pause) and under the round middle-button to go up or down in Settings. There you can find Language, click on the forward-button once to see which language choices you have(go up/down in the list same way as in Settings). Choose language by pressing the forward button when you've selected language. This should bring you back to "Language" (now it should be in the language you chose) Hope this helps!
