Question about Toshiba Televison & Video
Sounds like you have bad solder joints on your set coused by heat transfer. You will need to remove the board and look it over real good on the solder side and resolder any that look bad if you can solder or take to shop to have fixed. There is high voltage inside the tv even if it is unpluged from the ac wall outlet. Be sure to unplug before you get inside of the tv even then you can still get zaped and it hurts.
