Question about Washing Machines
The most common problem when you get suds is you are usenig the wrong soap or to much of it ....... unpluge the washer for at least 5 min then run a load of towels , no soap . you might have to do this 2 times. at some point you will not get the suds anymore . if this does not work you will need to call for service . this washer is not easy to repair . even for guys who do it every day ... good luck ....Please if this answer helped , please rate this 3 or 4 stars . and keep me in the paid answer department . A 1 or 2 may knock me down into the unpaid ranks. Thanks Cactus Bob

Hi,
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

I have the same problem, I went through a clean cycle and it helped only for one load, then it started again, and now has an F35 on the screen. My washer is only 2 mths old.
