Question about Kohler 1014-H2-96 Portrait 5' Whirlpool Bath Tub Finish: Biscuit
I've had the same problem with my K 1496, which has the same installation instructions as your 1014. I called Kohler and got a very nice tech support woman, who said the usual cause of this problem is that the GFCI breaker has to be wired in a nonstandard way. The installation instructions on p.9 show how to do this (the wire that normally goes to GFCI neutral goes to the ground bus instead), and they'll send you the instructions as a pdf file.

You have a bad capacitor its located on the top of the electric pump motor. Be sure to turn off the power before attempting to replace it.
