Question about Televison & Video
Just called JVC customer service about this issue and solved it. Step 1 unplug tv for 10 sec and then plug it back in. Step 2 Next hold down the menu and volume - buttons on the side of the TV. Step 3 Turn on the power count 3 seconds let go of the menu and volume- buttons. Worked for the LT-42EM59 model. I hope this helps.
