Question about Nintendo Wii Fit for Wii
Hi, we got a wii fit yesterday. After a few goes on jogging it stopped registering that we were moving though we did nothing differently. All the other bits seem ok though.
I tried adjusting sensitivity on remotes and it's been off all day but jogging won't work again tonight.
Any help much appreciated
This may sound odd, but bear with me for a moment. When you jog, it is the accelerometer in the Wiimote that senses that you are moving up and down. Sometimes it gets stuck.
After ensuring that you have fresh batteries, smack (with relative strength) the Wiimote in your other hand. This should reset the accelerometer in the Wiimote. Nintendo actually has recommended folks to smack it on a table, but I don't think that's totally necessary.
Good luck, and let us know if that helps!
