Question about Ricoh Office Equipment & Supplies
You need to press the "*" (star) key to read the last 2 numbers, however all "5xx" are fuser errors. The fuser is not coming on, or not reaching full temp. It is either a blown fuse, lamp, or thermistor. The part(s) need to be replaced before the code can be reset, and a service tech is required to perform this in "service mode"
