After one minute is up, plug the washer cord back into the wall. Next, open and close the door of the washing machine 6 times within 12 seconds to send a "reset" signal to all the components.(This is a common fix that many appliance repair mechanics use - it works on about 50% of all washing machines.) Once the reset has been completed set the washer to do a small load with no clothes in the washer. See if the washer goes through with the cycle as normal. If that did not solve the problem then it may be the "Lid Switch". Top loading washing machines that have a faulty lid switch will not turn the agitator and the spin cycle will not start. Possible unbalanced load in the washer. I have found this to be the case in other types of top load washers. Just redistribute the load the try again. If this works, washer is doing what it needs to do to keep from spinning madly out of control and extending its life!

Although whirring or clicking is normal, other noises or malfunction indicates a problem with the washer that requires minor troubleshooting. Professional repair is necessary if the washer continues to experience problems during the spin cycle, as there may be a problem with the washer's agitator.
1 Open the washer's door and check the balance of the load's clothes. Clothes that are unevenly distributed around the agitator cause excessive shaking and result in an imbalance during the spin cycle. Reduce the load's size by removing clothing if the washer's drum is overloaded.
2 Push "Start/Pause" to pause the spin cycle and turn the washer's cycle knob to the "Off" position. Turn the knob to "Spin Only" and press "Start/Pause" to reset the cycle.
3 Turn the wrench counterclockwise or clockwise around the unit's legs to adjust the appliance's balance. The legs are adjustable with the help of a wrench to ensure the unit does not shake while in use. An unleveled unit shakes as it spins, and causes excessive squealing or rattling as it attempts to dry the clothes.

it could either be a bad door switch or something stuck in the pump or a bad pump.if you set it to drain/spin will it drain out the water or does it buzz there?if it does drain i'd have to say you have a bad door switch.the model number you sent doesn't come up,you can unplug the machine,remove the hose that goes to the pump or run it before you unplug it and see if it's the pump making the sound or if the center of the pump can be removed to clean out the pump and check the pump for coins and junk,use a shop vac and vac out all the water in the tub and then lossen the hose or center of pump until water starts to leak out and vac it up as it comes out,check the pump and put it back together,add some water with a bucket or something and see if it drains out,if it doesn't drain and it sounds like the pump is making the noise you have a bad pump,if it buzzes and it's not the pump change out the door switch.the buzzing is electrical,things that could make this sound are the motor,the solenoids on the water valve or the door switch,if you can do some checks like see if it drains or try to find where the noise is coming from would be helpful.good luck and i hope this helps you out.
