To disable the dictionary in your text panel, while in create message mode, select 'options', then 'dictionary', then 'dictionary off'. That should turn off your dictionary mode. Alternatively, while in the text mode, at the top left corner of the screen, you would see 'Abc' or 'abc' or 'ABC', with an underline mark. Toggle your hash key (#) till you see an 'Abc', 'ABC', or 'abc' without the underline. Then your dictionary mode would be off.
for sending text messages :
1. call to your network operator customer care 2. request the message center number... 3.note it down 4. go to message settings>message center number 5. insert the number which is noted by you and save it
this solves your messaging problem ... Good luck

Here’s how to hard reset or format your Nokia mobile phone: 1) Switch off your phone 2) Press and hold these 3 keys together: -green dial key -the star key(*) -the number 3 key (Ugh, I wish I had three hands…!!) 3) Power on the phone
Warning: Do not release the keys until you see a formatting screen and even after the phone has started. Wait until the initial sound starts to play and the hand animation is displayed.
