The only reason they shouldn't print is due to a technical problem. There are no error messages or red lights at all?? That's very strange. It must be a software glitch of some sort. You can do a memory clear to empty it out and perhaps restore the proper functioning, but it does set the machine right back to factory defaults, so you will have some settings to restore afterward. You can get the manual here if you don't have it. Memory reset procedure is on page 8.2:
a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

If ink has run out while receiving a fax, if the paper size setting is incorrect, or if the paper type is set to a type other than plain paper, the fax is automatically stored in memory and <Received in memory.> is displayed. When the ink tank is replaced or the paper size/type setting is corrected, the stored fax is printed automatically.
Also, if the machine is in the process of something else (printing from computer, making a copy, scanning to computer), when a fax comes in it will be saved to memory, but it should print within a few minutes of becoming idle again.
