Purchased about 2 months ago. Do not use the set very often. Used to work but now when I turn on the set, I get audio but no video. I can't even get the TV menu to display which I believe is source agnostic. The only source that I have plugged in is a standard RCA connection (yellow video, white and red audio). I unplugged the set for 24 hours but not change in status. I also tried other sources (HDMI, HD component cables) with the same results.

The power board has definitely failed. Sounds like a short that could be causing the cracklin sound. http://www.shopjimmy.com/sanken-3501q00201a-power-supply.htm I have ordered from this place before with fast shipping and no problems. Hope that helps.
First check the on screen sound set up menu to make sure the speakers are not set to OFF.
Then try hooking up the powered PC speakers to the Audio Line out RCA jacks to see if you get audio there, if you do, then the problem is in the power amps section, if no, then the problem is in the sound processor circuits. Please post back what you find.
I was able to program my viore tv by trying the code search:
1. Press the tv and sel buttons until the IO button turns red.
2. Press channel up or down until the tv turns off and the press the tv button to lock in the code.
Ps: Be pattient when searching for the code, it might take a while. HOPE THIS HELPS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have over 10 years experience in electronic tech support. Currently I work for Viore customer service. Our customer service phone number is 216-454-0868.
know this isn't what you want to hear, but the problem you've described
can't be fixed with troubleshooting. Your TV will have to be repaired.
There is a part that has developed a defect and needs to be replaced.
The repair will cost a minimum $250 to $300 with parts and labor. If you're interested in going forward with repair, take the TV to a repair shop in your area to have the problem diagnosed. The tech will give you a copy of the work order showing the part(s) needed to complete the repair. Then you'll call the above number and ask to speak with Raphael at ext. 3115. The work order will be forwarded to the corporate office and they will contact you with the price of the replacement parts. You will be charged for the parts directly to avoid any markup by the repair shop. The part will be shipped directly to whatever repair shop you choose.
