Question about Singer CE-200 Quantum Futura Computerized Sewing Machine
I went to use the embroidery unit for the first time in a month or so and connected everything correctly and got the software open fine. However, the sewing machine doesn't recognize the embroidery unit and I cannot transfer the design to the machine. Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this? I have the Futura CE-250.
This problem has to be with the communication between the arm and the main machine. Make sure the arm is leveled, to do so, very careful move the arm higher or lower, this creates the connection between the arm and machine. When I find where the off level is I put a thick cardstock folded in half under the arm. When the communication is successful and the machine is on hooked to the computer the embroidery arm should move.
