NET Framework 4 5 or search ".net download Microsoft".
Just run the downloaded upgrade program and you can use Nero 9.
However, for burning cd or dvd you can better use Imgburn, a free and powerful burning package. See: NET Framework 4 5

Run the cleanup tool to clean out temporary files, run the .NET
Framework cleanup tool, Run the installation file, then reboot and try to install it again and see if it works. If not try the below following steps....

Step One:
1. Go to Add or Remove Programs, try to remove all .NET Framework.
2. Please download and install the Windows Installer Cleanup utility

3. Then, please run it from Start-> All Programs-> Windows Install

4. Please remove all Microsoft .NET Framework shown there and click

4. Log on as an administrator.

5. Delete the folder C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET
6. Delete the folder C:\WINDOWS\system32\URTTemp
7. In the C:\Windows\System32 folder, locate the file mscoree.dll.
Right click and rename it to mscoree.old
Step Four:
1. Click Start->Run, type REGEDIT and click OK.
2. Navigate to the following registry key by expanding the "+" beside
the registry tree in the left pane:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\.NETFramework
3. Delete this key in the left pane.
4. Repeat steps 2-3 to delete the following key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\NET Framework Setup
5. Restart your computer to Normal Mode
Step Five:
1. Please download the Microsoft .NET Framework Version 1.1
Redistributable Package from the following link and save it to C:

2. Click Start->Run, type "c:\dotnetfx.exe /C" (without quotation marks
and there is a space in this command) in the open box and click OK.
3. Click Run, and type "C:\.NET Framework 1.1" (without quotation

continue.
4. Locate the folder C:\.NET Framework 1.1 and double click the file
netfx.msi in it to install .NET Framework components.
If .NET Framework 1.1 can be successfully installed, we can go on to
install .NET Framework 1.1 Service Pack 1:

You need to uninstall and install the latest version of .net frame work

I believe the problem is related to microsoft .NET Framework. I have researched and there are many posts of incompatibility between .NET Framework and many printers not just 1600. My 1600 stopped working and I traced the problem to upgrade to .NET Framework 3.5 I uninstalled 1600, then uninstalled .NET Framework 3.5 (and 3.0 as well for good measure), reinstalled 1600 and it is working fine now again. You can uninstall .NET versions using Add/Remove programs on the Control Panel. To avoid re-updating, I also turned off Windows automatic updates. I left .NET Framework 2.0. No problems with other programs but the computer did have trouble rebooting the very first time after I uninstalled .NET Framework 3.5 and 3.0. Unknown if that was related to the uninstall or a completely unrelated problem. Anyway if you want to try something less drastic than removing .NET versions, check out this Microsoft link:

refers to a printer fix related to .NET. In my experience, the Microsoft fixes never work but you are welcome to try before uninstalling .NET Framework versions.

The error message appears due to a faulty dot net framework installation on the system.

Perform the below mentioned steps in order to fix the issue.

· Uninstall the Dot Net Framework 2.0 from the system from the add/remove programs section in add/remove programs if the OS is XP.

· On this website, guide the customer click on the Hyperlink [Download .Net Framework Setup Cleanup Utility]
· Save the utility and run it. When given the list of options, choose Dot net framework 2.0.

Please run windows update. It's important that you install Microsoft .Net framework & other security fixes.
When updating .Net framework there are many, please stay in order (smallest to largest). .Net framework 1.0.
.Net framework 1.1 & so on. When your PC has completed all updates try your program; hallmark studio again. If it still fails, reinstall the program & do not run other programs during install.
