You can get the PUK code from the service provider....

PUK code is called as PERSONNAL UNBLOCKING KEY.
Your phone will ask for PUK code when you entered the PIN code wrongly several times depending upon the mobile make. The mobile asks for PUK code so that unauthorized persons do not use your mobile for wrong cause.
To get PUK code please contact your service provider through phone or go directly to their office. They will provide you the PUK code for your mobile. The PUK code for mobile phone.so that you can open your phone. When you planning to call your service provider you cannot use your mobile as it is fully locked. call your mobile service customer care number and ask your puk code from them...they will ask yourr last 4digit sim card number...give that number to them...they will give puk code ...use that code and continue your operation

my phone puk code got locked. i can unlock the puk code but it says enter new pin code. and when i verify it it says code error

The PUK code is related to the SIM card, not to the phone. If the SIM card is different from the one originally provided with the phone the PUK code won't work.

When you lose the PUK code, the only way to retrieve the code is by calling the phone company that released the card inside the phone.

An alternative way to get rid of the PUK code is by using a different SIM card.

contact your cellular service provider and ask for puk code, they will ask the number printed on your sim card. give them the details and they will give you the puk code. Try inserting that puk code.
