Re: how do I put video onto my Motorola i580 from my...
You have to make sure the video is in the right format 3GPPP, and that you put it into the video folder on the micro sd card. When you put it back into your phone it should be there after a minute or two.
Always make sure you tell it you want to remove the card before you just take it out. It can mess up the card for good if you just remove it.

Easiest way is to insert micro sd card into your phone, copy all pictures to it, remove it and put micro SD card in your computer. If your computer doesn't have micro SD card slot you can buy an adapter that plugs into USB.
1 Either using bluetooth, which can't be too large a file/picture.
2 Next would be to take out the micro sd card and put it in it's adapter and put it in the computer and transfer the pictures;
3 send an email with the picture attached in the email. Send it to your 10 digit nextel phone number @messaging.nextel.com and when you get the text and open it the picture should be there, then just save it to you phone or card.
The easiest way to put music on your phone is to add it to the audio folder on your sd card.. If you want to make custom ringtones they can be 15 seconds long but they have to be in the format of....*8 htz 32kbs and mono....you can do this with dbpoweramp music converter and you also add them to the audio folder on your sd card....just as an fyi the biggest sd card you can put on your I580 is a 2gb.
ok so for the I580 you can only put .jpg pictures on the phone, but the catch is that they can only be at the most 134kb.. When you go to put them onto the phone just drop the file into the images folder on your sd card.
sharp, you have to format the SD through your phone and then copy the music to the folder provided by the phone for the music. make sure you check the playing / bitrate / file type of audio file that the phone is limited to play.
format the SD card through the phone in the options, and then put music on it from your PC, if that doesnt work...then just put the files on the card and not in a actual folder ( happened to a older motorola phone i had a few years back and it fixed my problem ) hope it works for you!!
