Question about VeriFone (M19755014US1) Magnetic Card Reader
Pinpad may need to be re-encrypted.
Posted on Jul 31, 2009
Is the pin pad plugged into the port marked pin or the port looks like a small pin pad? Th most important thing is do not unplug the pin pad while the terminal is on you risk the chance of loosing the encryption the pin pad has programmed into it. If this happens you will need your processing company to re encrypt the pin pad. Turn the terminal of make sure all connections are nice and tight power back on. If no luck call your processing company.
