The Logitech QuickCam software has a setting for "up side down", did you try to change that?
You should have a webcam icon in the taskbar notification area. If you double-click that you can open the QuickCam program and change the settings.

Upside-down green picture

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the software, sounds like a bad driver. If that doesn't fix it, then the camera itself is defective and needs to be replaced.

Downloaded webcam and can take picture but video is upside down and distorted. What do we do?

Make sure you have the latest copy of Directx installed
http://www.filehippo.com/download_directx/

Launch your logitech toolbar - start your webcam using the Quick Capture menu (2 film frames) with webcam running open Settings menu ( 2 gear wheels) Click on Advanced tab or Owl picture and change the orientation here.

If the video is still distorted - uninstall the software and download again
Close all programs when uninstalling / downloading / Uploading

How do I correct an upside-down image?

Normal 0 Try this, while the computer is running, unplug the camera from the USB Port , wait a few seconds and then plug it back in. I have fixed several cmaeras that were upside down that had the same problem by doing this.
Worth a try.
Hope this helps. Bud
