Check out the drain pump, it is not uncommon stuff gets stuck in the impeller preventing it to do its work.
Also check out the drain filter and that the drain tube is not clogged. Very common causes of trouble in my experience and would give symptoms like you describe..
A good method to check if the output side is clear may seem a little gross but... take a deep breath and blow through the drain tube from the other end (taking whatever precautions you feel like).... It should be possible and if you can't, you know where the problem is.

Hello, your problem is going to be with the lids switch, in this machine it is going to be a magnetic contact. You can confirm this my pulling the front panel off and accessing the wireing to the lids switch, If you have electrical knowledge bypass the lid switch using a wire nut and run the machine. If all is ok make sure you relpace the lid switch since it is there for a reason. If you have any other questions or concerns please feel free to comment again. Good Luck!!!

SOURCE: The agitator will not spin
The problem will be in the pressure starter kindly check whether water stops after certain level and ready for washing,if it is OK means kindly check the wire connections from the operational panel to the motor, in most of the case the timer will not send signal to the motor for that kindly change the operational panel and check it

The problem is the agitator coupler (about $ 7.00) simply pull straight up on the agitator - Give it a good tug. take the one bolt holding the coupler off - pull straight off. Replace the coupler and bolt (they are sold together). Line the agitator lines up with the coupler lines - when they line up it should go all the way down and snap back into place. and your done.
