Peoples skin turn light green on screen

The peoples skins turn a light green color. The clothes and other items seem to become a greenish tint to them. If you turn the TV on and off it comes on normal for a while. The greenish colr is still there if you change channels. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

The cathode tubes are going out you need to replace them. there are three of them and they cost about 300 a piece. probably cheaper to replace the tv.

hope this helped
please rate well.

Sony Bravia flat screen TV when turned on has black screen. Green light on the bottom is lite up, electric plug is plugged into house socket, no picture only black screen.

If audio is OK, the fault is with its backlight section. If audio too is absent, the fault is with its digital main board. If you wish to get more details visit the site linked here. Pull up older posts.

LG 26LH2000 television. Last 2 days when I turned my TV on there was only sound, and black screen.

back - light problem. Check and replace damaged component/s at its back-light inverter board, or replace this board as card basis. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Surf the site with patience. Pull up older posts. It will be best to replace the inverter board as card basis. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/ To some model sets; especially LED back-lighted types; the back-light inverter circuit will be part of the main power supply board [SMPS]. In such cases, the power supply board might need replacement. To some models sets, the back-light inverter and SMPS section circuit will be integrated at its main board itself. If so; the main board should be replaced. To some models of sets, all these section circuit will be integrated at its main board. If this is the case, you have to replace the main board.

The color on my TV is all pink. I have tried a hard reset but it didn't help.

Your TV has lost a GREEN color from a basic color palette (Red-Green-Blue). It is often caused by:
- damaged LCD cable (which connects the display with a signal board inside the TV),
- damaged video signal cable (ex. SCART, HDMI, VGA),
- damaged video processor (on the signal board).
I can't give you a more accurate answer, because I don't know what is your TV mark and model and, in what situations you have the problem.
