Problem for Acer AcerScan 610P Flatbed Scanner

Hello,
Could someone tell me what charging voltage on Acer TM 610 is? The
battery is flat, but I'm not sure whether it's completely dead or
there is a problem with charger in the laptop. There are 7 terminals
on laptop side, but I don't know what the proper voltage should be.
Both user and service guide are useless in this matter.
