If you can take one of the blades out and measure the length, width and thickness of blade, I can find some replacements for you.

I can't get a hit on that number, the model must be other. But it shouldn't be too hard.
Try to find a reliable sharpening service in your area; someone who does saw blades and knives for the cabinet shops will have a source for tool steel and carbide and can make you a set of knives for your jointer. Just get tool steel. While it won't hold it's edge quite as long as carbide knives, it will take a sharper edge to begin with, and should last just fine if you don't run sand through it.
If you have the original knives, hang onto them as they most likely can be resharpened to like new condition, and steel today ain't necessarily what it used to be.
The critical factor is the height. It's usually between 5/8" and 3/4" tall. You want them to be able to rest all the way down on the adjustable pistons without sticking up more than 10-15 thousands above the cutterhead. That will give you the most resharpenings from a set. You might want to invest in a magnaset to help with setting the knives in place.
Here's a link to the sharpening service I use: http://maps.google.com/maps?rls=com.microsoft:en-us&oe=UTF-8&um=1&ie=UTF-8&q=Precision+sharpening+%2B+Albuquerque,+NM&fb=1&split=1&gl=us&view=text&latlng=15322695688682105671
Finally, I would almost bet some contemporary delta replacement knives would work. If you find a place that will return your funds if they don't, you might be able to order them online. These guys will carry them if you can't find someone nearer you: http://woodworker.com

Delta joiner manual #37-190

Go to the Dewalt service website at http://servicenet.dewalt.com and do a search for your model number in the Find Parts box. Use 37-190 (with the dash) or you'll get a long list of parts. The Type 1 and Type 2 don't list a manual but the Type 3 does. The differences in Types are usually very minor, look that one up and see if it fits your needs for your jointer.

My Delta T360 jointer gauges the end of the boards when I run them through.

Check to see if your blades are set to the same depth as per your manual. Also you should only be taking off 1/32" at a time for a true cut.

go to Dewaltservicenet.com and with your model number you can download a schematic for this tool and also order the parts online. I tried finding them but there are too many jointers listed in the Delta category.

I need to find blades to fit a delta 6" X5 jointer, model 37-866x

go to Dewaltservicenet.com and under the service locator on the right hand side type in your information. The blade set number that I came up with is 37-658 and they show that as qty 3 in one package.

I need to know how to aling the the out feet table heighth to that of the blade heighth. In moving, the out feet table is higher than the blade on a Delta wood jointer 37-196.

I assume you want to know how to get it adjusted just right, not how to move the outfeed table up and down. The easiest way I have found is to lay a metal ruler on edge on the outfeed table so that it extends over the blades. Slowly turn the blade forward by hand while you lower the outfeed table. Do that until the blade snags the metal ruler. Then raise the table until the blades just stop snagging the straight-edge.

Table may have disengaged from the threads---apply pressure on the table to reengage as you try to lower it

Technical

a jointer includes infeed and outfeed tables. A set of rotating blades is positioned between these two blades. A fence is set on one side of the jointer to serve as a guide. The infeed table and outfeed table are adjusted so that they are parallel, but the infeed table is slightly lower thereby exposing a small amount of the cutting blades. The woodworker then presses the lumber against the infeed table and pushes it onto the outfeed table; the rapidly spinning blades remove a small amount of material. If the wood is particularly warped, several passes on the jointer may be required.
