I can hear sound but screen won't light up

You have to have headphones that are equipped for that device. I use Apple headphones for my Nextbook 7Premium Android device. It depends on what type of headphones you are using? You also have to push hard on the piece that goes in. Sometimes they don\'t go through so you won\'t be able to hear at all.

I think I may be able to help you. So the same prob;e came with my childpad. Just remember as long as it does not work have the password with you. Because my works now but I forgot the password. So I opened the back blue thing. And then I figured that the charging thing was to loose. So, I just have to make it so that the charger won't come out, so some how my dad make it tighter. this happened to me, it needs charging make sure the lead has the blackberry symbol facing up....

It's sounds like it's down for the count. Take it to a repair shop. They may or may not e able tix it. Chances are good your going to have to buy a new device. I had that same problem and I ended having to purchase a new device .

First put the charger plug in the Tab, I just tried mine that was sitting on the desk, even though I held the power on button for a long time it would not start. I pluged the charger in so the red charging light is on Tried to start and it worked perfectly. i.e. the voltage level is very critical, if it is a fraction low it won't start.
