Dear Sir Problem is that there is no ringer noise in nokia 1100
As you said in the question you need to change the ringer.For that you need to visit you are nearest services center there they will change you are mobile ringer.This will take a few minutes of time.After repair just check weather it is working or not.

Have you set it on Silent profile?
Press the power key once and select Normal profile. The phone will ring and vibrate in this profile.

You need to changed u r phone ringer, but somtimes it start by some claning, open ur mobile cover & clean the speaker area with the help of tooth brush gently,if it doesnt work change ringer

NO SOUND FOM RINGTONE ONLY VIBRATE
the ringer on the phone need to be replaced or fix , take the phone to a mobile service center and have them fix it for you.
