maybe if you dismantle the fone and remove and re insert the LCD connections maybe it will live again. otherwise replacing it should solve your problem.

just try to format card from your phone it self if it fails try to format it by puting it into mmc reader and check your phone might have got infected by virus. pls try to clean your phone and even your computer might have got infected by same clean that also

Mine does that , need to take the battery out to fix the problem ,so its going back for a replacement, then i will be selling it, because this is the 2nd fault in 10 months..
