My laptop fell of my bed when I left to do something and came back and it was like this the screen is blurry I can turn it on and off and charge it but the screen stays the same please help

Could have jarred something loose. Check battery compartment and reseat the battery.

It sounds like a back-light problem. Check all the CCFL back-lights.

try turning all power off...including remove battery

is the blurry all around the picture have different color like a smear of red, blue or yellow?
if it is i think the posistor of your tv is not working. it is the one who activate the degaussing coil around the picture tube the prevent color miss-landing upon opening your tv set.

if you can open the laptop screen cover, check if the cable from the board to the screen has move out of place and if not, change the screen.

You need to give me a few more details,is the screen blurry on one side,and brighter on the other?,two, are you using a some special graphics software that might not be ment for your computer,you should plug a monitor into your laptop to see if it gives the same affects,and press the window or function key, and one of the monitor symbols on your keyboard at the same time(,they are coloured the same as the function key),to change your main screen to a plug n play one,if the screen comes up with the same affects then it is a software problem,you might have to uninstall the software that is causing the problem,or two if is comes up perfectly,then it might be a hardware problem,you might have to bring your laptop to a pc mechanic to be degaussed,this puts a charge on your laptop screen and it costs more to do than replace one,most plug and play monitors can degauss them selves,others need to be done manually,unfortunately laptop screens have to be taken apart to be degaussed,i know its silly.if its not blurry then it cant be hardware problem.its one of your graphics settings.

Several things could cause this problem. Be sure the battery is charged for one. For two, it could be the power supply. If it is the power supply, you will need to bring it into a shop. If it makes any sound or has any light on, the power supply may not be the problem. Good Luck!

hi, if the port is working fine, its ok.. but do not use this port, since its damaged, it could short the pins inside while pluging the cable, left side is better
