Question about Nikon Coolpix 5700 Digital Camera
You may have been sold a fake sized memory card. it is very likely hacked to show 16GB actual size may be around 1GB to 8GB or less. test your memory on your computer with "H2TESTW 1.4" you will find it the first hit on www.google.com if your card is fake let other people know and open a dispute on paypal, you have been sold a fake item. Do not return the item for refund as sellers address is very likely wrong, useless to wait for a replacement player because they all are hacked. Get a partial refund. I paid 35usd for a 16GB, got 20usd refunded just now.

No it shouldn't be, try it in a reader or another device, it maybe bad.
