Im usin a 3210 phone
The only way to retrieve a lost PUK code is by calling to the provider for your Sim card.
Top get the PUK code call the number for the SIM brand.
For example if card is Vodafone call Vodafone number, if it is Orange, call Orange and so on.
Notice that the PUK code is associated with a sim card, and not with the phone.
If you use a different sim card, the phone will be unlocked again.
