Teamtronic players are custom-builds - there are no publicly available manuals. I would just plug it into the PC, let it charge for 3-4 hours. Use Windows Media Player to transfer songs from your computer to the Teamtronic. Here are some help files:
The instructions in these pages, which are largely links, pertain to Windows Media Player 10 and 11 only.

Windows Media Player is made by Microsoft. The general help page for Windows Media Player is:

http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/default.mspx

Through this link, you can enter a variety of search terms that will help you find what you are looking for (exs.: “add files to my mp3 player”; “delete files from my mp3 player,” etc.)

Important Vocabulary:

The code word for “mp3 player” in Windows Media Player is “DEVICE” or “portable device”

The code word for adding files is “SYNC,” “syncing,” or “synchronizing”

The code word for copying files from CD is “RIP,” or “ripping”

The code word for files stored on both My Computer and my Mp3 player (when it is connected to the computer) is “LIBRARY”

To add files (SYNC) to your mp3 player using Windows Media Player 10:

http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using/windowsmediaplayer/wmp10/harrison_wmp10.mspx

To add files (SYNC) to your mp3 player using Windows Media Player 11:

http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/player/faq/sync.mspx

To delete files from your mp3 player using Windows Media Player 10:

http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/knowledgecenter/mediaadvice/0085.mspx#EDF

To delete files from your mp3 player using Windows Media Player 11:

My Directions:

1. Connect your mp3 player to the computer

2. Open Windows Media Player

3. Click on the icon of your Mp3 player on the left-hand side of the Library

4. Click on the Songs, Tracks, or other Music Folder

5. Find a song or songs that you want to delete

6. Left-click the song once to highlight it

7. Press the “Delete” button on your computer’s keyboard

To copy (RIP) files from CD to Mp3 player using Windows Media Player 10:

http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using/windowsmediaplayer/getstarted/ripcd.mspx

To copy (RIP) files from CD to Mp3 player using Windows Media Player 11:

Hi,

We will need the exact model number of the CD player in order to see if there is an English manual available for this unit.

If you can post up these details we will be glad to help if we can.

Many thanks.

My mp3 player plays my music but its just a white screen i cant select anything in particular its just blank white

It's possible that the display contrast is mis-adjusted, but the Sony website does not have the user manuals posted online in English (and if I read it correctly, they aren't available in Spanish either - my Spanish is very limited, and my knowledge of Portuguese is based on guessing from similarities to Spanish and Latin), so I cannot check whether this unit has adjustable display contrast. If you have your manual available, look for the instructions to reset the unit back to factory defaults. This will probably also erase all of your music, so save a backup copy first.

If that doesn't work then:

Best case, assuming the problem isn't a low battery voltage leaving the LCD driver chip inoperable: the connector between the LCD panel and the main circuit board has come loose or has a bad connection to the panel's backplane conductor.

Bad case: the LCD driver has failed. (Replacement requires surface mount soldering expertise and equipment; may be a hard-to-find proprietary chip.) It is also possible that there is a cracked circuit board; this may be repairable without buying parts.

Really bad case: the LCD panel is broken. (Hard-to-find part.) Usually this is visible breakage, which you don't mention.

Try gently flexing and squeezing the unit, but be very careful not to apply too much force to the LCD either directly or with the bending case top. If the display shows, even briefly, then you know it's a connection problem. LCD panels generally are connected edges, so try a little pressure on the case right next to the display.

Post back if you want to dig around inside for the problem. If it's still under warranty, collect on it. Note to other readers: according to Sony, this model is available only in Latin America or Brazil.

I have had mine 2 years now; I love it. The driver comes in the little cd included. But my (newer) pc wont read it. So I dont have a driver and sometimes I can sync to it, sometimes not.

Installing the little CD

No... its not too small, it will play. If you see a little recession in your PCs CD Tray, that is for playing the mini CDs.

I just want to know how to get music off my computer to the mp3

I have copied the method that GPX uses to transfer your music from PC to player.

If you are using Windows Vista with Windows Media Player 11, you will need to follow these instructions.
Note: You will be able to download purchased/subscribed songs to the unit.

1. Start Windows Media Player 11 and then connect your unit to your computer. If you have not set up synchronization between your computer and this device, the Device Setup Wizard starts.
2. In Device Setup - Configure Sync, write a name for your mp3 player.
3. Click Finish. The window closes and the Sync feature in the Player is displayed.
4. From the left pane of this Sync feature, you can select from Playlists or Library and you will see the content of these folders in the center pane.
5. Select the songs or entire albums from the center pane.
6. Drag these songs or albums into the Sync List, which is the right pane of the Sync feature.
7. Click the Start Sync button on the Sync List pane.
8. Repeat steps 4-7 for any other items that you want to copy to your unit.

If you are using Windows XP with Windows Media Player 10, you will need to follow these instructions.
Note: You will be able to download purchased/subscribed songs to the unit.

1. Start Windows Media Player 10 and then connect your unit to your computer. If you have not set up synchronization between your computer and this device, the Device Setup Wizard starts.
2. In the Device Setup Wizard, select Manual.
3. Click Finish. The wizard closes and the Sync feature in the Player is displayed.
4. Select the Library option. On the left pane select Sync List.
5. From the left pane you can select All Music or My Playlists and you will see the songs located within these folders in the center pane.
6. Select the songs from the center pane, and drag them to the Sync List.
7. Click the Start Sync button on the Sync List pane.
8. Repeat steps 4-7 for any other items that you want to copy to your unit.

If you are using Windows 2000, Windows 98SE, and Windows ME with Windows Media Player 9, you will need to follow these instructions.
Note: You will not be able to transfer purchased/subscribed songs to this unit using Windows Media Player 9. You need Windows XP with Windows Media Player 10 to do so. However, you will be able to download regular MP3/WMA songs.

1. Start Windows Media Player 9 and then connect your unit to your computer.
2. Click Copy to CD or Device.
3. In the Items to Copy pane, in the drop-down list, select the playlist, category, or other collection that you want to copy.
4. Check the box next to any file you want to transfer to your mp3 player.
5. In the Items on Device pane, in the drop-down list, click the device to where you want your music files transferred.
6. Click the Copy button.
7. Repeat steps 2-5 for any other items that you want to copy to your unit.

Converting wma's to mp3 costs money unless you are getting the songs from an actual CD. Better to get an mp3-only music service like Limewire, Rhapsody Mp3, etc.
