Question about Sony Televison & Video
The player wont read a disc , it always say ''no disc'' . i tried all playable disc but it the same answer from the player.
When player says no disk, even if the disk inside, and you hear a whirring and clicking noise when you insert a disk, that means that the CD lens is dirty or defective, and the CD drive cannot read the initial CD track, and returns no disk.
Try first using a CD cleaner disk, if that does not work, then you will need to take the apart the unit to clean lens with isopropyil alcohol and cotton sticks.
