Re: need instructions for la barista tronik 3 group...
Do you need calibration for brewing??? if it is so than you can try this instructions:
Hold down the stop button for 8-10 seconds or until you hear the faint
beeping sound, press button to program when you get the correct level
press stop button. On some models you have to hold the button until you
get the correct level then release. When you are done programming press
stop button a second time to exit program mode.

The M-39 is a semi-automatic espresso machine. There are quite a few vids on you tube showing how to set up and operate. You will need it to be installed with the proper utilities; Electrical (240VAC), Water (plumbed in or from a 5 gal water jug).
* requires potafilter, Basket inserts for; single, double shots, Back flush disk, Group cleaning brush.
* Drain hose and someplace for the drainage to go (a floor drain, sink, or bucket.)
* A solid strong table or counter with space enough for 1 or more coffee bean grinders (regular and De-cafe beans) But you can get pre-ground coffee to start with.
* Review on line for Barista training or get a trained Barista to show you. Call your service provider as many have training classes.
* Check with a local coffee shop and check how they do things. People love to talk about their coffee.

Check the thermostat on the top of the back boiler, if the red pin is up then, make sure that there is water in the boiler then push in pin and turn machine on. Now comes the exciting part we have to find out why the boiler overheated, is it because the elements are damaged or the pressure stat is not working properly.
I had the same problem. The issue was that the machine needed a clean to dissolve Calcium build up from the water. I used a commercial cleaner available at my local supermarket but have since used white vinegar and get just as good results. I just put about a cup of white vinegard in the water haopper and run the machine without the group attatched. I run the steamer wand and then put another cup through with the group attatched . I then rinse a few times with fresh bottled or distilled water.
Look, if you want to use an espresso machine in a sem- commercial way, I would strongly suggest you look for a second- hand 1- group commercial machine.
These machines have a copper or stainless steel boiler, and run under pressure all the time. They have a motor- driven pump and indirectly heat the coffee water. Steam is always available for milk frothing, and they do a superior job of this. You also have a source of plain boiled water for other purposes (tea, Bonox or whatever). They are very hardy.
You shouldn't need to pay too much.

yea, that happens to me. Try this way....Turn on the Barista, wait til the the steam's green light, then push the steamer button on, wait for a good 1 minute. It should be blowing hot air by then. Good Luck
