Have a dell desktop my keyboard works but my mouse doesnt work
Doe the mouse have a little hole about the size of a pen head, push it until up see the device on the startup bar display found new device, check to see if it requires a battery, the the wire for any type of bend in the wire, the bent wire can either be broken or stretched out, shorted out from a brake in the wire.
check the port the device is plug into is working properly, than is not disablied, turn off by accendent by something or someone.
