How can i fix this problem.
Most likely the small signal board is defective common fault for that model

Usually if something is missing from the main menu or no longer listed in the menu, is because the Main EEPROM has crashed. To get the right replacement, you will need to have the Chassis number, (CTCXXX), at the time of order. You can order it from Encompass Elect. at 1800-638-3328.

Sounds like the Horizontal output transistor needs replacement.

What you need to try is to remove back cover with set UNPLUGGED.
With back off look at the three large black lenses--there is a small circuit board in the middle of the three---there will be at least three plugs on that board and ONE GOES TO THE FRONT KEYBOARD.
The idea here is to unplug the plug going to the front keyboard---the set will still turn on with the remote.
If the set works normally this way the Menu button on the front of the set is bad---they are called micro switches.
Try this as the only other possible reason is most likely unfixable.
