Question about Linksys Wireless-G WRT54G Router
My wife just brought home a new laptop and I cannot remember the router password and it was installed years ago. Any solution to reset?
There's a hard reset button on the back of the unit. Depress it with a pin for about 15 seconds and release. You may have to power cycle the router (unplug the power for about 15 seconds then plug back in). That reset button will set the router back to factory defaults and from there, you can log in with "admin" (minus the quotes) for the username and the password of "password" (minus the quotes). You'll want to change these under the Administration tab of your router configuration.
