Problem for Avanquest System Suite 8: Windows

i download fix-it utilities 9 professional and it installed ok but it showed (Sunbelt update installer task. the default pattern were not installed) and fix-it will not open. I have windows xp I am having the same error with System Suite 9. It didn't want to let me uninstall it and after I finally was able to, I had difficulties reinstalling it as well. The firewall seems to work, but I cannot open System Suite

- If you didn't call Avanquest, yet, do it, explain the problem and request a product expert. They will walk you through deleting it and then, will send you a download through e-mail that is supposed to be fixed. I need to call back though because the link takes me to my info. at Avanquest, but I'm not sure where to find the download. Make sure you ask about it.
