My music downloader doesn't recognize my MP3 player: Sharper Image MP3WMA Do I need to load software?

You don't have any problem. Don't bother about your downloader as long as your computer can recognize your mp3. If you have your mp3 songs on your computer, just copy from your computer and paste on your mp3 and there you go. Goodluck.

The Sharper Image 2GB Mp3 (1612788) Is Not Copying Music Files

The Sharper image 2gb player will only allow 131 entries in the root directory. Create a new folder, just like on your computer, and then add music files to that folder. I have not tested if there is a file limit in a new folder.

MP3 has a full memory with only 30 songs loaded

there should be an option to format the mp3 player. that will completely clear everything and reset it back to its original setup. the most likely reason for you only being able to put a few songs on is because of the size of the songs.

What are all the accessories to my mp3 player?

You've been screwed by the going-out-of-business phenomenon. Sharper Image is now out of business - when a company goes out of business, they sell EVERYTHING - even if parts are missing. You can no longer get the accessories from Sharper Image, so your only bet is to get them from eBay or a third-party seller, such as: (Hurry - the auction ends in 14 hours):

Cannot get music to transfer to device

Hi klvogel1, I had the same problem, only I have Windows XP. Here's how I solved it. Connect you device to your computer, go to my computer and find the new device (should be under F drive) open the file and the open the" Audio" folder. This is the folder you will download to. Open your Windows Media Player then open your Music file, High lite any song or all songs, right click, and open up file location YOU CAN NOT SYNC TO THE DEVICE, you must copy and paste or cut and paste to the Audio folder of the device NOT THE MUSIC FOLDER. This will work, it took me since Dec 27 to get this answer. Hope it works for you
