Sharp xe-a302 keeps saying paper empty. Changed the paper and no function will work. Tried to restart and will not allow any function and will not print daily receipts

Hi.
You must press clear to remove an error from the display (including the paper empty error). Give it a try and see if it starts working.

I have the same problem with my XE-A302. The only way I got it working was to do a total reset. Check the manual for how to do it. Sorry...I forgot how to myself. I think it's plugging in the register while holding down the esc and 67 key.

Firstly, press subtotal (ST) button. If a price appears, you are in a sale and it is waiting for you to finish (try another method like credit). If it gives an error or beep when you press ST button and the drawer does not open when pressing CA/AT/NS, you probably haven't signed on. Try signing on using a PIN number (see clerk sign on in your manual)

Javelin cs 300 shows e1 error when subtotal.can u help


Javelins are very rare. I have worked on the low end model but not the 300. You might need to get a manual. C-tech has it:

Grx warmer not working


Most likely cause is a bad switch. Get a new one here...
