I need to find a decent power supply with more juice than my stock 250Watt unit. I've considered upgrading my video card to maybe an ATI 9800Pro All in Wonder.
I was wondering if anyone knew anything about this brand/model or could recomend one. I'd like to keep it under $100.

... I agree with Tom 100%. Besides, you won't find a compatible power supply from anyone other than Dell.

Technically speaking, you are correct. I suppose I didn't think anyone who knew better would actually pay the price, so I disregarded it.

Didn't say it was cheap, but it is a way to go above the stock ps.
... ...and how much does that one cost? My replacement power supply from Dell was $40.

Nah, don't bother.
Most manufacturers rate their power supplies at the peak available -- meaning a short burst. Dell rates it at a load that can be sustained.
The 250 in your 4500 is MORE than enough for your configuration. I have a 4550 with the same power supply (in fact, with a P4-2.8, are you sure you don't have a 4550?) and run a very similar configuration with two hard drives, an Audigy 2, two optical drives and a 9800Pro. The 9800 has been in the machine for years.

My Antec SP450 has some issues, its +5VSB ranges between 4.9V and HH on my testing instrument, the other reading are +5.1V, -11.9V, 12.5V1, 12.6V2, 3.4V and 370mS. Would you say whether this PSU has had it and should be replaced?
