In the BIOS, set the memory speed to the highest CAS and lowest speed. Make sure FSB and memory timing are asynchronous so you can slow the memory. Turn off interleave, etc... Is your memory mismatched? Use one stick, and pick the best one. Try a different one. Almost guarantee it is a memory issue of some sort.
