Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

The default is 00000000 (eight zeros). If this does not work then you must contact the service provider for PUK as PIN and PUK are given by them. Contact the help line of your service provider.

After Loading a new SIM Card along with ''Lifetime Prepaid'' from ''Airtel'', the Directory information has disappeared even though all telephone numbers were saved on the Phone.

The numbers are saved on the old SIM card. You can get sim card readers for your computer very cheap, and put the old numbers on the new card. It may be easier to just dial them in though.
